The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead or trinity, who exercises the power of the Father and the Son in creation and redemption. It is by the power of the Holy Spirit where the non-believers are able to come to God's saving grace. The Holy Spirit opens the door while the non-believer must take the step of faith.
This is theological jargon for the embodiment of one God that is comprised of three entities fully united as one. This is God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit. God's Word [refer to "Holy Bible"] gives numerous examples of these entities doing different tasks yet all being united in their action and directly connected to God the Father. This is also referred to as the "Godhead" or the "Triune God".
